• Free Trial ("Test Drive"): A limited-time opportunity to explore our platform’s features.
• Subscription Plans: Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans tailored to meet your needs.
• Export Functionality: The ability to export your website designs, which we store as long as your account remains active.
• Marketplace: A platform where users can showcase and sell their website designs, templates, and themes to other users.

By using the marketplace, you agree to comply with any additional terms and guidelines specific to the sale and purchase of designs.

3. Subscription Plans and Cancellation

• Free Trial: We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and marketing agencies. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Paid Plans: You can choose from Professional, Business, or Enterprise plans based on your requirements.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

We operate on a strictly no-refund policy. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, even if you cancel.

5. User Responsibilities

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

• You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share on our platform.
• You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
• You must ensure that your use of our platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Data Storage and Export

• We store your exported website designs as long as your account remains active.
• If your account is terminated or expires, we reserve the right to delete your stored data without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform.
• By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bootsrap Canvas, including its employees, agents, shareholders, or directors, shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of use, profit, revenue, or data, to you or any third party arising from your use of the platform.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of:

• Whether your claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
• Whether we knew or should have known about the possibility of such damages.
• Whether the limited remedies provided in these Terms fail to achieve their essential purpose.

This limitation of liability does not apply to any damages caused by Bootsrap Canvas intentionally or knowingly in violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
